If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of our platform, including the Custom Design Studio and Reseller Dashboard, you may be required to register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• IRONVALE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Custom Designs & Copyright Policy

Our platform allows users to upload custom images, texts, and graphics for printing on apparel. By using this service, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You must own the copyright or have explicit legal permission to use any image or artwork you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, racist, or infringes on third-party intellectual property (such as protected brand logos without permission).
• Liability: IRONVALE is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from designs uploaded by customers. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing prohibited content without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and secure Bank Transfers.
• Advance Payments: For custom-designed bulk orders or orders exceeding a certain amount, a partial or full advance payment via Mobile Banking (MFS) may be required before processing.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices for our products or shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with top-tier courier services in Bangladesh (such as Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX) to ensure fast and secure delivery.

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom printed orders may require an additional 2-4 business days for production.
• Delivery Timelines: Inside Dhaka deliveries typically take 1-3 days, while outside Dhaka deliveries take 3-5 days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
• Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate shipping details and an active phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information will incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is structured as follows:

• Standard Products: Unworn and unwashed standard items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect or wrong size delivered.
• Custom Printed Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-designed items unless the product arrived damaged or the print quality was fundamentally flawed from our end.
• Unboxing Video: To claim a refund for a damaged or missing item, an unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

7. Reseller Program Terms

If you register as an authorized Reseller on our platform, additional terms apply to your account:

• Commissions: Commissions are earned only on successfully delivered and paid orders generated through your unique affiliate link.
• Payouts: Minimum payout thresholds apply. Payouts are processed to verified bKash, Nagad, or Bank accounts. We reserve the right to request NID verification prior to fund disbursement.
• Compliance: Resellers must not engage in spamming, false advertising, or unethical marketing practices. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, site design, text, graphics, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of IRONVALE and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our original content without our express written consent.
